Calendar Notes

The following calendar is made up of 9 separate calanders that may be viewed all together or in any combination by selecting the "down arrow" at the top right of the calendar beside "Agenda" and checking the calendars you want to see (by defualt all are checked):
  • General Events - this calendar contains general information
  • Beavers - this calendar contains Beaver specific information
  • Cubs - this calendar contains Cub specific information
  • Scouts - this calendar contains Scout specific information
  • Venturers - this calendar contains Venturer specific information
  • Rovers - this calendar contains Rover specific information
  • Training - this calendar contains training courses, for adults and youth
  • Gilwellians - this calendar contains events for Gilwellians
  • Canadian holidays - you guessed it!
The colour of the calendar names where you select the calendars to view is the colour of its entries within the calendar.

The default calendar view is "Month" so you can page through the months of the calendar like you would a physical calendar. At the top of the calendar you can also select "Week" to page by week or you can select "Agenda" to see the list of dates with events. Again, you can select which calendar(s) you want to inlcude in the new view.

NOTE: Click on a calendar entry for more details. Many events also have clickable text in the Description area for even more information.
